We want you to be happy with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a return, replacement, or refund.

We accept returns on most standard items; however, some exceptions apply.

• It arrives damaged or defective
   
• You received the wrong item
   
• You change your mind (within the return period and subject to conditions below)
   

• Custom-made or personalised products
   
• Items marked as “final sale”
   
• Used products
   
• Items returned without original packaging or in non-resalable condition
   

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.

You must request a return within:

• 14 days of receiving your order for unwanted items
   
• 48 hours for damaged or incorrect items
   

After the return request is approved, items must be sent back within 14 days.

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused
   
• Items must be in the same condition you received them
   
• Items must include all original packaging
   

We may refuse refunds if items are returned in poor condition or used.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with:

• Your order number
   
• Photos of the item
   
• Photos of the packaging
   

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping costs.
   
• For unwanted or changed-mind returns: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
   

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost during return transit.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs may not be refundable (except for damaged or incorrect items).
   
• Refund processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.
   

We only offer exchanges for:

• Damaged items
   
• Faulty items
   
• Incorrect items
   

For change-of-mind returns, please request a refund and place a new order.
